We are very proud to announce the vinyl edition of the debut album Ocean of Birds by the jazz Americana duo Max Hatt / Edda Glass. The vinyl album will be available for pre-sale starting May 20, 2021, five years to the day of the album’s original digital release date. Max and Edda create dreamy, almost mesmerizing compositions together that they have paired in their now-routine Sunday live streams with a surreal visual performance that enchants even on-screen.
This limited edition vinyl version of the album is dedicated to the life and legacy of Josh Shapera, the album’s engineer, co-producer, and mixer who died in late 2020. A portion of the proceeds of the sale of the album will go to the Josh Shapera Memorial Fund.
